For the first time in Milan, Lino Miele will lead a “Full Vinyasa” class, the practice of the Full Primary Series, in which a full vinyasa is performed between postures, starting and returning in Samasthiti. It is an opportunity to refine the Vinyasa counting, which combines breath and movement into a mantra for personal practice. Afterwards you will enjoy the energy it creates and a pure joy.
