LED PRIMARY SERIES
The traditional counted Led Primary Series class, is suited for all Mysore-style practitioners.
It is an opportunity to refine your practice, to learn how to stay in vinyasa by counting each inhale and exhale, and to eliminate unconstructive habits of self-practice such as a wandering mind and losing connection with the breath.
PRANAYAMA
The practice of Pranayama, according to the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, is excellent for quieting the mind. It serves as a useful complement to the Ujjayi breathing technique. You will be guided in a manner that allows everyone to experience the benefits of the breathing exercises before delving into the Ashtanga practice.
