Schedule

Ashtanga yoga is taught in two formats: Guided classes and Mysore Style classes.  Guided classes are led by a teacher and students practice together in sync.  Mysore style classes are overseen by a teacher who is giving individual guidance and assistance.

Class schedule is structured according to the student’s level.

The School will reopen in mid-June. We will send a confirmation email with the exact date.

Dual time is the window of time in which students may enter the shala.

BEGINNER class
For complete beginners to the Ashtanga system.

GUIDED class
For beginners, the teacher guides the students through the Primary Series up until Navasana.

MYSORE self-practice
For students who know the asana sequence.
