At our School, Ashtanga Yoga is practiced through Guided Classes and in the Mysore style.
In Guided Classes, the teacher leads the session and everyone practices together at the same pace.
In Mysore, each student works independently on their own sequence, while the teacher provides constant supervision, corrections, and personalized support.
