Welcome to the world of Ashtanga. You can choose the Introductory Course—a complete, structured journey that builds solid foundations—or the Guided Classes, which allow you to explore and deepen your practice freely.
Whichever path you take, you will experience the true essence of Ashtanga Yoga.
Introductory Course
Your journey, step by step, organized in two modules. Perfect if you want a gradual, systematic progression.
Module 1 – The Basics
From September 29 to November 20
16 lessons | €200 (includes €35 annual registration fee)
Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM, Saturdays at 10:30 AM (optional make-up class)
Start from scratch according to the authentic tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Lino Miele. Learn the fundamentals, build your practice, and join our community.

Module 2 – Towards Mysore Style

A gradual path guiding you towards the Mysore Style practice—the heart of Ashtanga. Here, you deepen your postures and prepare for independent practice.
