Pranayama and Meditation


Sunday 10, Pranayama:

Pranayama session at 9.30, with propaedeutic breathing exercises, to better understand the ujjay breathing technique.
The session lasts about 30 minutes.
Free participation for our students; for non-registered students 20 euros (including subsequent practice).

Wednesday 13, MUDITA meditation:

At 8.30 pm we will experience for the first time this meditative practice of shared joy.
All our students, as well as friends and acquaintances, can participate.
