The Practice

In the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition, the teaching is transmitted under the guide of a Maestro, a Guru. The practice develops through out five series.

• First series: Yoga Chikista - detoxifies and aligns the body

• Second series: Nadi Shodana - purifies the nervous system by opening the energy channels

• Third, fourth, fifth, series: Shtirabhaga - integrate the body’s inner strength
